Brake assemblies have left and right hand orientations so it'd important to ensure you're choosing the correct parts for your assemblies. We do offer the BP04-171 with part # K71-673, but we don't currently offer the BP04-172. It's hard to tell from the pictures what size fittings are being used but what you need is a trunk hose from your regulator to the trailer. Once you know the size of each fitting it shouldn't be difficult to find a hose.
It looks to me likes it's probably a 3/8 inch for both of them which means you can use part # 100040-48-MBS for a 4 foot, part # 100040-72-MBS for a 6 foot, or part # 100040-144-MBS for a 12 foot.

The 2,600 lb axles on your Load Rite boat trailer are likely de-rated 3,500 lb axles, so you should have no problem using 3,500 lb brakes and drums. The important factor to consider in this situation is that the brakes match the brake mounting flange on your axle and that the hubs/drums match your spindles.

I was able to verify with Lippert that the axle with the part V000378958 is a 3,500 lb axle. They were not able to verify the bearings and grease seal but typically a 3,500 lb axle will use an Innder Bearing # L68149, and Outer Bearing # L44649, andthe Grease Seal # 58846 that has a 1.719" ID and a 2.565" OD.

You will need wiring and a brake controller in order to tow a trailer with brakes.
